GLOW WEEKEND will be a weekend for students to grow closer to God and for an opportunity for un-churched students to find a church home.

It is our prayer for students to see the light that Jesus brings to this dark world. 


We are giving away a NINTENDO SWITCH as one of the main door prizes this year. Your student gets a ticket for every friend they invite. So the more friends they invite, the better chance they have to win.

Friday, April 14

6:00 PM – Registration & Dinner (Pizza)

6:30 PM - Games & Hang Out

7:00 PM – Session 1

8:30 PM – After Party and Fellowship

10:00 PM – Dismiss

 

Saturday, April 15

5:30 PM – Dinner (Whataburger)

6:00 PM - Games & Hang Out

6:30 PM – Session 2

8:30 PM – Silent Disco

10:00 PM – Wrap Up

 

Sunday, April 16

9:30 AM – Meet at church for breakfast & Bible Study

10:30 AM – Session 3 with whole church

12:00 PM – Dismiss and go home

What you need to know

WHEN?  April 12-14

WHERE?  Dove Church

HOW MUCH?  $35/student. PAY HERE

WHO? 6th-12th grade students

WHY?  To disciple students and build fellowship in our community. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: Glow weekend is a weekend retreat hosted here at the Dove.  We will meet each day for worship sessions, bible study, meals, games, and more. 


The DBU Worship Team will be leading our Worship.

Lathan Craft will be our speaker for the weekend.


1. All meals will be provided.

2. Students are able to attend portions of the weekend if scheduling conflicts arise.

3. Each student will receive a shirt.

4. The event will begin Friday night (April 14) and end on Sunday (April 16 after church).

5. Cell Phones need to be stored away during the majority of the weekend.

6. If your student can only attend one day of the event, then they only have to pay a portion of the total. ($20)
