The lodge that we have reserved is currently full, but there are still plenty of other lodging options in the area and we think this will still be a great retreat for our church. I have listed other lodging options in the details below. You are also free to research lodging on your own and find your own place. We will have daily activities to bring us together for meals, worship, games, and community.
When: March 13-16
Where: Big Timber Lodge (FULL) (Other options available)
Check in: At 4:00 PM on Monday Afternoon, March 13
Cost: $375 per family if you stay in our lodge.
If you rent your own cabin or RV spot, then you only owe $50 per family. That money goes to cover your meals each night as we gather together for worship and dinner.
Currently, the lodge that we have rented is full. However, we encourage you to find RV spots, campgrounds, or other cabins/hotels in the area and join us each day at the lodge. We encourage you to consider partnering with another family from the Dove and share a cabin somewhere in the area.
Here are some other lodging options in the area. You will need to secure this on your own. Feel free to research other options if you prefer.
- TINY TOWN RV AND CABIN RENTALS
- SECLUDED ACRES CABIN AND RV PARK
- OTHER RV SPOTS
- PRIVATE CABINS AT BEAVER'S BEND
The purpose of this retreat is for fellowship, relationship building, and drawing closer to God.

Itinerary Coming Soon
We cannot wait to retreat to the hills of Beaver's Bend in March. We hope you will consider coming with us for a great time of fellowship, family-bonding, and time away with God. Below is a video recap from from our last trip back in 2019.
